Thomas Sowell has inspired many Americans to find the empirical truth about social policies that affect all Americans. After reading this book, I walked away with a better understanding of the South, the Ghetto, and strangely enough, the Germans. This book should be read along with a book mentioned many times throughout this masterpiece, Cracker Culture.
